OPTION 1: AFFILIATE

Did you know that LovelyHome - The Bulgarian Properties Estate Agent has a state of the art, web based affiliates scheme? Now in its third year of operation, our affiliates program allows you to make money from simply placing a banner on your site/sites or uploading your properties on to our site. When a sale is made, you pay us a commission. We advertise all over the world and are always on the lookout for new partners and affiliates who want to work with us.

OPTION 2: PARTNER

You will have dedicated access to our property database where you can upload offers and advertise them on our website, to your friends and colleagues or by any other means that you have. Most of our partners tend to specialise in a particular type of property (off plan apartments or plots of land for example) or a certain area of Bulgaria, (coastal or ski resorts etc). After dealing with clients' initial enquiries and registering them in our client database, we will pass them to you and you will complete the purchase.

OPTION 3: ASSOCIATE PARTNER

LovelyHome - The Bulgarian Properties Estate Agent would like to form new partnerships with established, experienced and professional real estate companies. As an extension to our existing affiliate program, we are now offering the chance to become an Associate Partner. This will entitle companies (rather than individuals) to higher commission rates for all our off plan developments. We are one of the biggest real estate companies in Bulgaria dealing with foreign buyers and through our hard work and professionalism have built up an enviable reputation. If you are a well established real estate agency (probably already dealing with properties abroad), and keen to expand your portfolio to include Bulgaria, we would like to hear from you.

What else?

All affiliates and partners have access to our online affiliate system, allowing them to manually add their properties to the affiliates database as well as having full support from our affiliates manager.
